Dr. Lawrence V. Conway was born in Chicago, Illinois.  He grew up in its neighboring city, Evanston.  He now resides, with his family, in West Lafayette.

     He graduated with a B.S. in Biology from Stanford University and an M.S. in Biology from the University of Illinois--Chicago.  He received his Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine from the Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine, in Chicago, Illinois, in 1981.

     Dr. Conway located his practice of podiatric medicine and surgery in Lafayette, Indiana, in 1982.  He has recently moved his practice to 3930 Mezzanine Drive, Suite B, Lafayette, Indiana, 47905.

     He became board certified in foot surgery from the American Board of Podiatric Surgery in 1992.  He is also a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.

     Dr. Conway is a member of the Indiana Podiatric Medical Association and the American Podiatric Medical Association.  He currently serves as the chairman of the Ethics and Patient Inquiry Committee of the Indiana Podiatric Medical Association.  He also serves as an ex officio member of the Podiatry Peer Review Committee for the same organization.

     His hospital affiliations include Clarian Arnett Hospital,St. Elizabeth Central Hospital, St. Elizabeth East Hospital, Lafayette, Indiana.  He is also affiliated with the Clarian Arnett Surgery Center.

     Dr. Conway is an active member of Central Presbyterian Church, Lafayette, Indiana, where he has served as a deacon and an elder.
